General enquiry

• We accept general enquiry only by telephone. We appreciate your enquiry within reception time.
• Your enquiry is replied in writing, telephone/facsimile, and may not be replied depending on the contents of enquiry. We appreciate your understanding.
• Personal information which you have personally entered will be controlled at our risk, and your personal information to enquiry won’t be used except your reply to enquiry.
• Dependent on the content of your enquiry, we may share and use your entered name, address, telephone number, email address and personal information of your enquiry may be jointly used together with our group company. In addition, we are to manage personal information, and won’t use it except your reply to enquiry.
